our battery app doesn't show up at all in store search results for keyword 'battery' or any other related keyword. 'Battery' is our main keyword as specified when we published.

The app has been published for two weeks now and we can find it in Windows Store only if we search by it's particular name 'Juicy'.

Rating display issue too, we have multiple ratings but only one is displayed on our page:

Please advise, we don't see any chance for our app being reached by any Windows Phone user if we're totally invisible in Windows Phone Store search results. Any solution?

Please check where your ratings come from. They are displayed in the store on a per country basis. If you look at the british site you will see the two ratings from the UK: http://www.windowsphone.com/en-gb/store/app/juicy/51a477e8-65f6-4812-8e18-f9cecaaf1639?signin=true

If I search for battery in the online store it will show up on page 8 of the search http://www.windowsphone.com/en-gb/store/search?q=battery&startIndex=336&cpn=8 , so it's not missing. Due to having less downloads it simply shows up behind other Apps that deal with the battery (many of those also having "battery" in the name and very likely to be using the battery keyword as well).

So while your App does show up the ranking algorithm simply is placing it farther to the back behind more established alternatives. I guess you will have to explore other avenues of getting your App known to people. You can try to contact blogs focusing on Windows Phone to run an article (if there is something unique over other such Apps you stand a good chance). You can present it on WP focused forums (at least some will accept Developers presenting their newest creations as long as you don't spam the forum with it - you will have to look at their forum rules).

Putting an App into the store and hoping that will be enough unfortunately fails quite often. Especially if the App you built trys to enter a market segment that is as crowded as the one for Battery Apps.
