I am trying to create an  app using c# that is supposed to simulate a trackpad using the phone. Now, my initial idea is to evade creating a server app that should be installed on the host PC. My intention is to utilize the RDP protocol to connect to the PC in the local network.

I did not find any documentation on MSDN for how to implement RDP feature in Windows Phone 8.1. The only thing I could find is Remote Desktop Services objects for Windows Store apps, but it only support Windows Store App but not Windows Phone, and only for Windows Store App JavaScript apps instead of C# app.
