i have been unable to connect to the vm,i have another rdp on my pc that connects well but cant connect to azure vm, i have troubleshooted many times based on what i have read in many articles but the error still the same. i recreated the vm, redeployed, its running fine in azure account but wont connect via the rdp file i downloaded from my azure account.

the same error no matter what.

remote desktop cant connect to remote computer for one of these reasons.

1, remote access to sever not enabled

2, the remote computer is turned off

3, the remote computer is not available on the network

ps....i have done all that i have seen read from this forum

i need further help with it.
