The problem came when, as per the tutorial referenced above, I tried to replicate the steps in the chapter for the second VM (also a WS 2016). I've downloaded the RDP file but got a pop-up window on my local desktop with no-available-connection (3 messages as options). I've restarted the VM several times, downoladed othe RDP files, but couldn't connect. Moreover, trying to connect to the first VM becomes also impossible (same error message on my local desktop).

尝试连接到计算机，但不要使用Load Balancer IP，而要使用VM Public IP.

Try connect to the machines but instead of using the Load Balancer IP, use the VM Public IP.

如果不起作用，则表明VM的端口中存在一些配置错误，因此请检查Azure防火墙中是否打开了RDP端口.

If it doesnt work, there is some misconfiguration in the ports of the VMs, so check if the RDP port is open in the Azure firewall.

If you can connect to the VMs, there is some misconfiguration in the Load Balancer.
