我有Bizspark订阅,几天前就已经结束了,现在我的虚拟机被取消了。我现在如何备份我的数据?我无法连接到我的VM。

解决方案

您需要激活订阅才能重新获得对资源的访问权限。在此之前,您的订阅处于禁用状态,您无权访问数据或无法执行任何操作。 


您可以与订阅和结算联系以获取该订阅设置


转到门户网站 - >帮助+支持 - >新的支持请求 - >订阅&帐单


Hi,

I had Bizspark subscription which was ended couple days ago and now my VM is dellocated. How can I take backup of my data now? I can't connect to my VM.

解决方案

You would need to activate your subscription in order to regain access to the resources. Until then your subscription is in a disabled state and you will not have access to the data or be able to perform any actions. 

You can reach out to Subscription and Billing to get it setup

Go to the Portal -> Help + Support -> New Support Request -> Subscription & Billing
