Trying to deploy a backup service for a VM and the deployment script errors with VM agent is unable to communicate with the Azure Backup Service.

If I use the automated process I get:-

"code": "UserErrorGuestAgentStatusUnavailable",
        "message": "VM agent is unable to communicate with the Azure Backup Service."
      }
 but if I do it manually then I get:-
   {
        "code": "UserErrorGuestAgentStatusUnavailable",
        "message": "VM agent is unable to communicate with the Azure Backup Service."
