I followed the documentation to join the VM to AAD via the domain services and I succeed.

I configured remote access for AAD user accounts.

When user try to login he receives the following error message: "The Local Session Manager service failed the sign-in. The user name could note be found."

Are these accounts trying to RDP? They cannot RDP using Microsoft accounts - only with local accounts.
