We have all the users (150+) in the Azure cloud with O365 and Intune licenses (Intune joined machines). These users are cloud only and not syncing with any on-premises Domain controller.

Azure Active Directory is not meant as a replacement for on-premises active directories.

You also cannot convert from Azure AD to on-premises since user writeback is not supported (if that's what you were hoping to do).
