I'm practice with Office 365 and Azure AD. The first, i installed 1 Azure Active Directory Connect to domain. After that, i remove it. Now, when i install Azure Active Directory Connect to this server or another. It show this error when to step Connect to Azure AD. It seem look like need add account Microsoft.AzureAD.Telemetry.xxx to Azure AD. But i don't know how to add it or fix it.

This error almost always means that you are using the wrong credentials. You need to use your onmicrosoft.com cloud admin credentials in the AD Connect wizard. This is generally the account that is set up as the cloud tenant owner and subscription owner.

Here is a guide I wrote that shows which credentials to enter at each step during the wizard.
