Dear Support,

when we create a project in .net core API with the buil option "XML documentation file" checked (for swagger for example), and we publish to Azure App or in a local publishment, the xml file isn't copied. The xml is in the bin folder but not present in the wwwroot folder.

I tried the same option in visual studio 2015 --> It's working. 

Then with VS2017 we must copy the xml manually to the wwwroot folder.

Do you have any ideas to resolve the issue?

If you want the xml file present in the wwwroot folder in Visual Studio 2017, you can change the path of the XML documentation file after check the option:

After build or publish, the xml file is in the wwwroot folder.
