Refer to this error message, it looks like the file also edit by another process or this file is corrupted, please have a try with the following:

1. Close your current file or current solution, then reopen it
2. Restart the VS 2015 and open this solution again
3. Go to Control Panel-Programs and Feature, right click the VS 2015 and Change-Repair to repair

If the above not works, please try to edit other project or create a new project with the same project type to test this issue persists or not, thank you for your cooperation.
