I use the edit and continue option in VS 2015 (work with VB most of time).

When I change a thing in my code (during running), it takes about 10 seconds before I can go to the next step (with F10).

I have the same issue. My project worked fine in Visual Studio 2013. I have noticed that the bigger my project is, the slower EnC is. I have a few projects in my solution that vary in size and the smaller projects are much faster when changing code during debugging.
