I am starting to use VS2017 on this VB.Net project on which I have always used VS2013 - trying to cull my older environments. 

When I make any edit and continue change I get this error:

ENC0063 Updating a 'On Error statement' statement around an active statement will prevent the debug session from continuing.

I checked and I am getting the same error in VS2015, but still not VS2013.

For this one project, On Error is FAR more valuable to me than try...catch for reasons that are beyond the current scope, so I would very much like to get this figured out. Else I need to keep VS2013 around for this project.
