I am trying to use pubcenter ads in my wp8 app. It works perfectly with ApplicationId="test_client" and AdUnitId="Image480_80". But,  when I am trying to use the ApplicationId and AdUnitId from my pub center account I get Microsoft.Advertising.Shared.AdException. I am testing the app on a device and not the emulator. Also, as of now I haven't added payment details or tax details in my pubcenter account. So, is this exception because of that. Do I have to add those details before I can test the ads in my app?

Could you provide the error message you got from the exception?

如果是NoAdAvailable，则可能是服务器端问题。有时填充率有点低，请尝试等待几分钟，看看是否可以获得真实广告。

If it is NoAdAvailable, it may be a server side issue. Sometime the fill rate is a bit low, try to wait couple minutes to see whether you can get a real ad.
