Hi Forum

The issue is with one of the Users who is the only one on MAC and Outlook 2011. Just my luck.

The issue they are having is with there Outlook not receiving emails for a delayed period of time. Nothing has changed in the way of configuration and even when clicking send/receive manually it still delays the download of email for up to 4 hours.

What could be the issue? or what steps can i perform for this to sync quicker?
