We are working with System Center now as there are ways we can integrate. At a high level, the difference is monitoring verses deep analysis. System Center is setup to monitor your network by looking at high level markers. Message Analyzer is a deep analysis, root cause type of tool. I think one part of the integration is pushing knowledge you learn with root cause analysis and turn that into a monitor type analysis. But further collaboration is immanent.
