We are getting "No available refiners are displayed, because schema information is unavailable." error when we try to add some additional refiners on the search page in SharePoint online site.
我们在站点上创建了一些Managed属性并使用Refiner面板进行配置，一切正常除非我删除了几个链接到Refiner字符串的自定义列，否则很好。
We have created some Managed property on the site and configured with the Refiner panel, Everything was working fine unless I deleted few Custom columns which were linked to Refiner strings.

Also as a troubleshooting step, we have manually re-indexed the site, however its is more then 16hrs still my documents with managed property are not coming in search result as well in refiner panel

To troubleshoot the issue, you could delete and re-create the managed properties with another name. And then reset the index and run a full crawl in search service application.

To make sure that the name of the managed property does not conflict with the names of the internal SP fields.
