My printer doesn't work anymore. When I give the command 'Print' the message 'Communication not available' appears. I already used an new USB-cable, and tried another printer. Without succes. When I trie the confudgiration on my old laptop (with XP), everything is working perfect. The printer did work correct on my new laptop for several months, buth 'suddenly'refused service. What did I do wrong / what went wrong?? Doe somebody have a solution for this problem?
