Visual Studio 2017产品系列系统要求 ：

Windows 7 SP1（带有最新的Windows更新）：Home Premium，Professional，Enterprise，Ultimate

请检查所有Windows更新，并安装Win 7 SP1。

然后以管理员身份运行VS 2017安装程序，因为0xc0000005表示访问冲突错误，在设置过程中，请同时禁用AVG软件和防火墙。

Hello everyone,

I have tried twice, unsuccessfully to install Visual Studio 2017 Community.  Unfortunately, it not only won't install, but causes other problems for my operating system.

I have Windows 7 64-bit.  I installed it yesterday.  Unfortunately, after installing and restarting the computer, my antivirus would not load at all, nor would some other programs (Avast Antivirus, Daemon Tools, etc.).  On top of that, I couldn't even load Visual Studio 2017.  I installed all of the main packages that come with the current installer (a 50+ gb installation).



I get this same error code and message on the other programs that won't load.  Also, I thought maybe I had some other underlying problem, so I went ahead and reformatted my computer...and left the installation going all night and all day, and I still get this error...so frustrating :(

Any suggestions or fixes?  Maybe this is a bug?

Thank you for posting in MSDN forum.

Firstly, please  refer to Visual Studio 2017 Product Family System Requirements :

Windows 7 SP1 (with latest Windows Updates): Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate

Please check all the windows update, and install Win 7 SP1.

Then run the VS 2017 installer as administrator,  because the 0xc0000005 means access violation error, during the setup process, please also disable the AVG software and firewall.
