I just downloaded Visual Studio for Mac after I read it went GA. When I run the package to start the install, the installation interface shows up in Spanish instead of English. Photo below: 

My Mac is set as English as its Primary language, so not sure why Visual Studio installer is showing up in Spanish. Does anyone know how to change this so it installs in English?

What's the version of the VS 2017 for Mac did you install? Since there have Visual Studio Community/professional/enterprise 2017 for Mac, please check this: Visual Studio Download

Did you set the Spanish as the default language for your browsers or others?

Refer to your description, please have a try with the following to troubleshot this issue:

1. Download the VS 2017 for mac with other browsers if you have, and make sure the default language for this browser is English
2. Download other versions of VS 2017 for Mac and install it to test
