For each specific site you have to manage access requests, go to Site Settings and click Site permissions under Users and Permissions; in the permissions page for the site, click Access Request Settings, check the email address that has been set as the recipient for all the access requests for the site and replace it with yours.
In order to have full access to the site, your account must be granted the Full Control permission level, which is usually granted to all the users in the "Owners" group for the site.
