I have a user with a PowerPoint document stored in SharePoint. When the user opens the document and then tries to edit the presentation they are presented with an error "We are having trouble reaching the server"
如果用户直接在编辑模式下打开文档从SP库中，他们就可以编辑和保存文档。
If the user opens the document directly in edit mode from the SP library then they are able to edit and save the document.
其他用户可以打开然后编辑文档而不会出现问题。
Other users are able to open and then edit the document without issues.

It seems to me that the system thinks that this document is somehow checked out the user, even though it isn't.
