I am on a Windows 10 planning to use the /queue option with NGEN for our binaries, but couldn't locate the CLR Optimization service, any idea why I am not seeing the service running?
On running the commands, I see this message in ngen.log. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Based on my search, you could try to reinstall the .net framework and check the service list again.
