I just purchase WES 7 toolkits CD and runtime license, when i received the packet, i did saw the toolkit license but no any runtime license. i thought there is some steps could get the runtime license? do i to activate it? 

解决方案

The runtime licenses come seperately. There should be some stickers and a 5x8 yellow card that says "Do not loose". The yellow card contains the runtime key.
