Welcome to the MSDN forum.

Refer to the error message, please have a try with the following to remove the sign in cache, and then login again:

1. Delete the whole folder C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\.IdentityService and restart VS
2. Delete the folder C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\15.0_xxxx
3. Re-adding your MSDN subscription to your Microsoft account in here or find the product key to have a try
