Is there support for InstallShield Limited Edition on Visual Studio 2017?

I'm using Install shield on a project I'm upgrading to 2017, and I'd really like to not start over with the Visual Studio installer project.

InstallShield Limited Edition hasn't been announced for VS 2017. You can contact Flexera to ask if it will be announced or not.

The paid editions of InstallShield do work with VS 2017:

https://www.flexerasoftware.com/producer/products/software-installation/installshield-software-installer/tab/requirements

Alternatively, you can use other installers (that are free) such as:

• MSI-based: WiX (http://wixtoolset.org). VS extension for VS 2017 here: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=RobMensching.WixToolsetVisualStudio2017Extension
• Not MSI-based: InnoSetup: http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php
