Once locked out I cannot do anything in visual studio. I cannot sign in through visual studio - I get a blank page.

I wanted to add that when VS2017 starts gives me a modal dialog saying "your licence of 30 days has expired - please sign in" -- but when I hit the button to sign in, or hit the other links like "check for an updated licence" all I get is a blank screen.
