VS 2017 Community requires me to log in to use it because it says my license has expired. When I click the "Sign In" button, it brings up two windows. The first window says "Visual Studio" and then "One moment..." on the line below it, with a few loading dots below that. The second window appears on top of it and is called "Sign in to your account." This window is blank white and nothing ever appears on it, so I can't log in and therefore can't use the program. If it helps diagnose the issue at all, the "Developer news" section appears to also not be loading, so it seems like an Internet issue to me.

If you can move the "Sign in to your account" window (Drag&Drop with picking its title bar) to other location of Desktop, please download and install the latest display driver.
