I am getting the following error when trying to log in within the program. I have tried multiple fresh installs restarts and downloaded the installer file from my.visualstudio.com after logging in. I am at a loss. 

"we could not refresh the credentials for the account The browser based authentication dialog failed to complete. Reason: The download has failed (the connection was interrupted). at Microsoft.IdentityService.Clients.ActiveDirectory.Internal.WindowsFormsWebAuthenticationDialog.ShowBrowser()"

As unrelated as it may, can you do me a favor and make internet explorer your default browser and try again?
