I am considering Parallels to install windows 8.1 on my mac. Or possibly through bootcamp. I have a few questions :
1. is this really what I need to do in order to develop? are there better (cheaper) alternatives - ie not having to buy w8?
2. will all windows features be available to me? I mainly want this for windows phone developing, as I do not have a windows pc. I want to make sure I will be able to access everything I need before I invest.
3. are there any discounts currently for buying windows 8.1 key?
4. does windows 8 come with access to free developer tools? ie Visual Studio.
5. would you recommend Parallels, bootcamp, or something else?
