User is attempting to upload documents to SharePoint site connected to CRM application, however the window that allows you to browser for documents does not expand.  We have tried Ctrl and + or - with no help.  Only seems to be impacting one user.  Is this an issue with Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, or IE?

Let him try below things for narrowing down his issue:

1. Try to test in another machine.

2. Try to run in compatibility mode of IE, then check if this issue still occurs. Also try to add the Web site to the list of trusted sites in IE settings.
