我有2台笔记本电脑的问题我正在翻新......它们都打开了但是所有屏幕都是一个很好的屏幕，绝对没有其他事情发生。 这就好像DOS已经消失了。会是什么呢？我已经成功地从废弃的

The problem I have with 2 laptops I am refurbishing... They both turn on but all there is is a nice bright screen, Absolutely nothing else happens.  It's as though the DOS is gone. What could it be? I've successfully built many laptops from scrap ones and have never come accross this problem. Any ideas???
