• Hi All,

I have lists in different Site Collections (for example Absence list, Expense list etc). Each list has column 'Status' .

My requirement:

1) when user opens home page, They should be as below  (link to the page)

• 2 Pending Absence Request
• 3 Pending Expense Request

       etc...

2) The above need to get from different list from different site collections. The lists has n number of items with (Status = Pending/Submitted/Approved.

3) we Need how many pending request from the list

Is there any OOB way to achieve this.

Please advise.

Hi,

You could use content search for this requirement.

Here is demo for your reference.

Create a Managed property maps to crawl property, if you can’t see the crawl property, run an incremental crawl.

After you created the managed property, run a full crawl.

Result.
