Now the issue is,the search is not crawling two HNSC (Https://A.domain.com and  Https://B.domain.com )

 I am able to see only 1. Https://default.domain.com and  2. Https://pre.domain.com  in search results

Hi Gayam,

Normally, when adding the web application URL as the start address in the content source, it should crawl every hosted name site collection under the web application.

但是主机名网站集必须使用与Web相同的协议应用程序在默认区域中。

But the Host-name site collection must use the same protocol as the web application in the default zone.

您可以在默认区域中将主机名重命名为"http：//"，并将"https：//"放在Intranet区域中。

You could re-name the host-name as "http://" in the default zone and put the "https://" in the intranet zone.

然后重置IIS，重置搜索索引并运行完全爬网。

Then reset IIS, reset search index and run a full crawl.
