I have created a content source to crawl ASP Website. I have given Search Crawl account Read permission on ASP Website at IIS level. This permission is replicated to all virtual directories folders and subfolders level.

I can crawl most of the contents but errors with the few links in crawl logs

I can browse the error links  successfully. No issue is logged in fiddler also.

Please let me know what other things I can check to resolve this issue.

The crawler could not communicate with the server. Check that the server is available and that the firewall access is configured correctly

Are there any customizations, such as custom web parts in the website?

Open the home page of the website and remove the custom web parts. Start a full crawl and check if it works.

Besides, check whether there is firewall policy between the website and server.
