Hello,

I have been asked to help declutter our team's SharePoint site by archiving etc. the files we have not used in a while. What would be the best way to go about this? Is looking at the 'Modified Date' the only way to see information on the file usage, or is there another way I can see the history of the file usage? I also have SharePoint designer.

Update: I also can see 'Site Usage' but it doesn't show every file. Any suggestions would be great!
