我们在一个Web应用程序中拥有3k个团队站点.我想生成自去年以来未使用过的人员的报告.

We are having 3k team sites in a single web application . I want to generate a report of those who is not used since last year .

i need a list of sites which  is not used in a last year .

Note: i dont have audit logs enable in my servers . Please suggest how doe we achived it .
