我在新的Win10机器上安装了全新的Visual Studio 2017企业版。没有安装其他版本的VS. 

I have a fresh installed version of Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise on a new Win10-machine. No other versions of VS is installed. 

当我尝试创建典型的"Visual C ++ / General"项目时我在下面的屏幕截图中得到了错误。  我已经安装了我认为应该需要的所有c ++期货（见图3）。我该怎么做才能解决这个问题？ 

When I try to create a project of typ "Visual C++ / General" I got the errors in the screenshots down below.  I have installed all futures of c++ that I think should be needed (se pic3) . What can I do to fix this?

After the installation complete, I could create a C++ general project without any error message:

For your issue, I suspect that the C++ related template didn't install well.

Please run the VS 2017 installer>Continue>Modify to uncheck the Desktop development with C++ first.
