I have built a basic form to collect some information for a billing group.  The send seems to work find, all the information is there and displayed in the form I created, but when they user updates the reply field and clicks send, it sends the form with all the data just fine, but does not close it or give any indication that the email has been sent.  I set the reply action to create the form of type <my form name> and I am using a separate edit compose/read page.  I am hoping this is just a simple oversight on my behalf...any ideas what I might be missing here?

These "ghost inspectors" are usually the result of loaded add-ins not properly releasing Outlook objects, or when user's create an e-mail from other Office apps (Save and Send) or right-clicking a file and choosing Send To -> Mail Recipient.
