VB6 is out of date, obsolete and unsupported.  Any app that uses WPF ( which some apps on Vista may well do ) is not going to support SendKeys, or anything like it.  As VB6 is unsupported, I doubt anyone is going to 'fix' it.  In fact, it's probably a 'fix' that you can no longer write apps that manipulate other programs, which can obviously be used for bad as well as good.
