I work off line regularly so I need the language reference help files. I don't see how to set that up in VS2017. I also don't see where to download them. I have VS2015 and am familiar with how to select which help files and to activate the help viewer but I do not see any of that in VS2017 Community.

I don't know specifically about the community version, but see if you have the Help, Set Help Preference menu items.
