I am using office 365 business account and Online SharePoint license, My team shared a document with me on [e-mail], I have a SharePoint license on [e-mail] Now problem is am getting error when I clicked the link : has anyone faced this same issue? please help..

To troubleshoot the issue, check things below:

1. Check if the [e-mail] is in the active users in office 365 Admin center. If the external user is not in the active users in office 365 Admin center, then add the external user into the active users.

2. Check if the document is shared with the right user.

3。清除IE缓存并重试。

3. Clear IE cache and try again.
