When I click on email a link in sharepoint 2010 , it is asking "Do you want to allow this website to open an app on your computer".

When I click allow , it is asking to add an account.(Add an account to Mail, Calender, and people to access your email ,calender events and contacts.

Is your desktop OS Windows 10?  If so, did you check to see what the setting is in "Default App Settings" for Mail?  Windows 10 will default to the built-in Mail app even if you have Outlook installed.  So you need to change the default to Outlook.  After that it should open the link in Outlook instead of trying to open it in the default Mail app.  Since you evidently don't have the default mail app configured that is why you are getting asked to add an Account.
