I 'm using SharePoint designer 2013, I have added approve and reject buttons in approval workflow email (which reflects in approver outlook email ) . When i 'm clicking reject button in outlook email still the workflow task is getting approved and proceeding to the next stage. Reject is not working . Please help me out with this asap .
