Ever since I upgraded to the developer preview for development purpose I can't develop for WP8 anymore.  Each time I run the emulator I get an error trying to create the virtual switch for an internet connection.

ethernet port '{186E035C-9519-4CCA-A641-5A41C4F7CB25}' bind failed: %%3758096907 (0xE000020B).

That ALL I get, even creating manually.  What the hell?  Should have warned that WP8 emulator wouldn't work on the new OS.  Not sure if a scam to get me to buy another WP8 device, my Lumia usb port doesn't work (even after replacing the part).

Really want to continue development for my app Audiotica but I'm stuck with this.

Edit:

Try using another wireless usb adapter and still the same problem.

Do you have visual studio 2012 update 3 installed?  It fixes a compatibility issue with the emulators on win 8.1 preview
