I have uploaded an mp3 file in a document library. On going to the "Most Popular Items" section from the "Library" tab, I can see the total no. of hits till now in the "Ever" column as 5080. However, when I open up the "Popularity Trends" Excel sheet for that item, the total hits till now are nowhere close to the sum of monthly hits depicted in the sheet. Please refer to the screenshots for details. Can someone give a plausible explain for this behavior?
