Is it possible to delete an outlook message when it's previewed in win7 taskbar.
I see a red cross in the corner but that only closes the message.

Although this is not a proper place to ask this question, here is my answer:
No. It is not possible to perform any outlook-specific action when previewing the outlook window in the win7 taskbar (besides common actions such as maximize, close...), that is why you called it "Preview". this is just to help you visualize what you have open in your taskbar and quickly find the one that you are interested in. then you can open the item and perform whatever task you want.
