I am trying to configure a sharepoint site with anonymous access, search is one of the main navigation tools for our users.

Several of the documents libraries have files that need to be accessed by them (for display on screen or for them to read) however we do not want them being able to find the full document library in the search. 

How can we make this happen?

Hi YetiByte,

You can set "No" to the allow items from this document library to appear in search result .

您可以通过单击库设置获得该选项 - >高级设置 - >然后转到搜索类别并设置NO。

you can get that option by clicking library setting -> Advance Setting -> then go to search category and set NO.

这样搜索爬虫就不会从这个文档库中索引文档，而且用户也不会从这个文档库中获取任何文档。

So that search crawler will not index the document from this document library and also user's would not get any document from this document library.
