We have file types PPSM uploaded to SharePoint Document library, we are able to Search these file(PPSM) in Sites,but when we wanted to verify the popularity trend report for this PPSM file type, the data is 0 in the report though it is viewed many times in past few days.

人气趋势报告显示同一网站中的其他文件类型，如MS excel，MS word等。

Popularity trend Reports shows fine for other file types like MS excel, MS word etc. in the same site.

Issue is happening for only PPSM file types, Can someone please provide your inputs to fix the issue.

Note: Also for your information the site is crawled successfully and i am able to see the all items from Site in Crawl log, except the PPSM file but I am getting this file when I search in the Site, so bit confused on this behavior as well.

Maybe this file had been crawled before. Upload a new PPSM file(do not run a crawl) and check if you can search it in site. Then run a full crawl, and check if the report display normally.

确保"Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Processing"是否正确。和"Microsoft SharePoint Foundation使用数据导入"计时器作业都在运行。

Make sure if the "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Processing" and "Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Import" timer jobs are all running.
