According to your description, whether you need to get the following template, please refer to the following link:

https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=MadsKristensen.ASPNETProjectTemplates

The Dynamic Data Web application template has been removed from VS2010, if you need it you could install above extension.
